Please note - At the date of the contract Sterling UK Associates will not be aware of all the necessary information to make an assessment of the correct Rateable Value (RV) because the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) does not release all the rental evidence until the proposal is being discussed. If Sterling UK Associates is not informed of all the relevant changes to your property, such as extensions, improvements etc., in some circumstances the RV may be increased by the VOA. It should be noted Sterling UK Associates cannot guarantee a reduction in your RV.
